4 Week Course: 27th of April - 18th of May 2010

This course is structured for the absolute beginner, new-comer to Capoeira and students who have missed training for over one year. It is designed to teach participants the fundamental aspects of the art form, including body conditioning, basic capoeira movements, sequences and an introduction to the Roda (the circle in which Capoeira takes place). No previous experience is required for first time participants.

You are welcome to visit the school and view a class either on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 7.30pm and 9.30pm at the LSC Studios in Finsbury Park. The LSC masters are available to answer your questions regarding lessons at the end of class just after 9.30pm. ABOUT FEES: £100 / £110 Concessionary Rate for under 22 years old (Please note that we'll need to see a form of ID on the first day of the course to confirm the age of the student). This fee includes the 4 week course with master Marcos, one LSC uniform, one LSC uniform bag and Capoeira Remix CD.

• You can pay cash. Cash payments can only be made at the LSC office address in person. Please don't send cash by post.
