Our terms and conditions:
- Security:
LSC uses secure payment facilities provided by WorldPay.
We do not store credit card details.
- Email Confirmation:
Upon completion of the ticket purchase the ticket holder will receive an email confirmation and booking reference from WorldPay.
You are advised to keep a record of this booking reference.
Please check the confirmation from WorldPay as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- Delivery:
Currently we only deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canary Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Holland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Items are shipped by first Class registered post.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.
- Refunds:
The shopper has the right to cancel their CD/DVD/uniform purchase order within 7 days of making the payment, providing the product has not been despatched nor collected (please check the order progress by e-mailing or calling the office in Finsbury Park).
Refunds are available on CD's and DVD's, if the products are returned unopened in their original condition (and packaging) within 7 days of receiving the product.
Faulty items will be refund, if returned in their original packaging within 60 days of the original order.
All course and workshop fees are non-refundable unless they are cancelled by us, or if they are cancelled 30 days prior to the starting date of the course or workshop, in which case a £10 administration fee will be charged. Pro-rata refunds will not be given for courses or workshops for any reason
if they have been started.
Subject to availability, a course may be postponed or re-booked once, if it has not been started, after which the course fee is non-refundable.
- Customer Service:
The LSC is a small organisation. However, the quality of our work is important to us.
If you contact us on info@londonschoolofcapoeira.co.uk then we will respond within three working days.
Alternatively call us on 020-7281-2020 for a more immediate response.
- Currency accepted
Payment is accepted in GB Pound Sterling, Euros and American Dollars.
- Privacy:
The London School Of Capoeira and Passo Co are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our website.
We collect no personal information except where specifically and knowingly provided by our users.
Personal information is gathered by The London School Of Capoeira to improve its services and to personalise website content and style.
The London School Of Capoeira will not sell, trade or rent the users personal identifying information to third parties or to advertisers.
